Our venue is licensed for 150 guests, with ample parking on site. We provide white padded chairs for ceremony area with additional folding chairs for reception area. We have 25, 60" round tables that can seat 8 people, 7 if you like more elbow room. We also provide 9, 8' long banquet tables and 2, 5' tables for food, cake, gifts, etc.

A $1,000 deposit is required at the time of your reservation, the entire balance and event insurance is due February 1st, in the year of your event.
Friday or Saturday rentals are available for $4,600.
Axton Events can provide a table and chair only set-up or take-down for an additional pre-paid fee. Set up is $200/Take down is $200. ALL other clean up is renter's responsibility.

A one hour wedding rehearsal can be scheduled for any time prior to your event during our normal hours when we are not hosting an event.

We are located about 2 hours from SeaTac airport, 1.5 hours from Vancouver, BC airport, and 15 minutes north of Bellingham airport on the East Axton Road near Shuksan Golf Course. See the map on the DIRECTIONS page for precise location.

Catering
You are free to choose a self-contained caterer, bring a barbecue on site, or have a potluck, however there are no food preparation or refrigeration facilities available other than electrical hookups.

Canopies
White wedding canopies are available for your use (three 21' x 29' and one 16' x 22'). We suggest using at least two canopies, even on beautiful days, for covering food and shading sun-sensitive guests. Canopy setup is provided at no additional charge but requires 1 week's notice.

Sound
You will enjoy our engineered zone-controlled sound system that surrounds both the reception and ceremony areas: perfect for ambient music and dancing on the polished aggregate dance floor. Please inquire about live bands.

Alcoholic Beverages
Wine, beer, & champagne are only permitted to be served by our licensed, on-site bartenders for an additional $300.

Insurance
Prior to your event you are required to supply us a certificate of insurance. This can be done through your homeowner's policy, Wedsafe, or another online event insurer. If purchased through Wedsafe, the required certificate of insurance is ~$125 for a non-alcoholic & ~$175 for an alcohol-serving event.

Animals are not allowed on the premises with the exception of service animals, which are warmly welcomed.
